Intro

Thank you for your interest in my work! I ask that you please read these terms carefully and read about my commission process before filling out the quote form, contacting me directly, or inquiring about a commission. Please note, I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and you are responsible for occasionally reviewing them to stay up to date. I also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. By requesting a quote and placing a commission, you indicate that you have read, understand, and agree to and are bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, I ask you not to commission me. 

Age

ALL CUSTOMERS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE. I DO NOT and WILL NOT work with anyone younger for legal reasons. I will not work with the parents/legal guardians of minors. I do reserve the right to ask for age verification at any point if suspicion arises. By requesting a quote or placing a commission, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age or older. 

Reference Art

In order to receive a quote, you will need to provide a reference sheet depicting your character’s design. I will not work with a written description. You will need an unshaded reference sheet with at least a front and back view for all commission types. A 3 sided view for heads is highly preferred, but not required. Any additional art to show specific or important details is also welcome.  

Quotes

Quotes are free and valid for up to a year. I do ask that you please only request a quote if you’re serious about placing a commission sometime within that time frame. The quote form can be found here. If you’re not interested in a fursuit at this time and are simply curious about a general price, heads start at $1.5k and mini partials at $2k! Please keep in mind this is for a very basic 2-3 color design with minimal or no markings. The price goes up depending on colors and intricacy of patterning. Quotes are strictly an estimate of the overall price regarding what you are interested in ordering. They are NOT a confirmation that your commission has been accepted.

Ordering Parts

If you’re simply interested in parts, please be aware I only offer headbases, tails and hand paws at this time. Base price for a head base is $300, tails is $200, and 4 finger paws is $250 (+$50 for 5 fingers.) Quotes for parts can be requested through my quote form, and must be paid in full before work is begun.
 

Payment

Payment is accepted in USD. A 30% down payment is required and is non-refundable for any reason as this is to secure your spot in queue and prove legitimacy of your seriousness to commission. Payment will only be accepted through Stripe, which offers several different payment methods. Payment plans are available and will be discussed on a case by case basis. Down payments must be made within a week of being invoiced or this will result in cancellation of the commission, unless there has been previous discussion regarding payment. Commissions will not be started until they are paid off. 

 

Refunds 

Refunds will only be given in very specific/extreme situations. Please note in all cases, the down payment is non-refundable. If you are not in a financially stable situation, PLEASE do not commission me.  

 

Shipping

The cost of shipping (within the continental US) is not included in your commission quote nor is it included for premades. Shipping outside of the US (international) is feasible, but the buyer is responsible for any custom fees that may be incurred. Items will be shipped within a week of completion/ordering. Please keep in mind I am NOT responsible for lost items or products that are damaged in transit.

Warranty and Repairs

If you find any issues with your items upon arrival, I ask that you PLEASE message me. I offer a 60 day warranty that starts when your items are delivered and received, and covers holes or ripped seams, incorrect sizes of parts, and areas where adhesives fail. Failure to immediately notify me about any sizing issues voids this warranty and any damage caused as a result of wear if sizing issues are present is not covered by this warranty. This warranty does NOT cover general wear and tear, self-inflicted damage, damage from negligence, or incorrect sizing of parts of which the commissioner is accountable for. Any outside modifications not made aware or approved by myself void this warranty. The customer is responsible for paying for any/all shipping for repairs. Any repairs needed after the 60 day warranty will be subject to a service fee that starts at $25. Please bear in mind there will be delays to fursuits outside of warranty. I reserve the right to void warranty at my discretion.

 

Design Changes

Large design changes (patterning, species, color palette) must be made before your commission is started and may be subject to a service fee. Small design changes (adding whiskers, eyelids, changing of colors without affecting pattern) will be accepted as long as I am still in a stage to complete them. Changes may be denied in order to meet completion deadlines.

Work in Progress Updates 

I do offer work in progress photos and will send updates as I get things done on your commission and/or to ask you specific questions during its construction to make sure I get everything right. I do ask that if you are unhappy with something or would like changes, that you inform me while still in the early stages of completion. Once items reach a certain point, changes can no longer be made. I do ask that if you are interested in getting regular updates, you please message me through your preferred method of communication, and I will gladly send regular photos. Please do NOT spam me or use multiple platforms to excessively contact me for progress updates. I do reserve the right to post any work in progress photos on social media. If you plan to debut your fursuit and wish to keep it a secret, please let me know!

Deadlines and Completion Dates

I will expedite commissions for an additional fee that would be included in your quote. Commissions can take anywhere from 3-6 months to complete, depending if expediting is preferred.

Design Wills/Won’ts

I will make:

• Toony

• 2D/3D eyes

• Magnetic accessories

• Complete items not made by me (fur/finish headbases)

 

I won’t make:

• Realistic

• Copyrighted/fan characters

• Copies of someone else’s character

Miscellaneous

• Please take the proper precautions and use common sense when wearing your fursuit! I am not liable or responsible for any bodily harm that may incur while suiting.

• Fursuits slowly degrade due to general use/wear and tear, but proper care of your fursuit can help lengthen the life of it! DO regularly brush your fursuit with a wire brush, store it in a cool, dry environment when not in use, and gently use the appropriate cleaners to spot clean any stains. DO NOT put your suit in the washing machine/fully submerge it in water or use heat to dry it for ANY reason (this can cause irreversible damage.) 

• I live in a small townhome with a medium sized dog, and as much as I would love to have a pet free studio, it’s unfortunately not feasible at this time. Please do not commission me if you have any type of animal allergies.
